The rain... it washes away all dust all that was left outside all of which must come to rust while I wait and ponder... inside Inside my own head in thoughts Inside my own body in sins Inside... Inside is all I Know, for a time A time of ponder, and wonder Should I, I think, go outside? and be part of the world? and be drenched by the rain? maybe caught in a cold? I wonder... All I do is wonder... Is this all enough? Is my life all I wil ever see? and feel, and taste, I ponder. As I hear the droplets hit the window sill Could I be wasting my time? still, I look out the glass and ask: Is this it, heavens? Is it all I am? The rain does not respond, however why would it anywise? If it could? I am nobody now, not even brave enough enough to go outside and risk the rain. Risk to live my own life. I wonder...
